Global Manufacturing Company Incentive Programme

Alem International & Yamaha Marine

100 Guests

A group of Yamaha Marine Dealers who were recognised for achieving the Best in Class designation and the Yamaha Executives team were rewarded with a 5 star programme to Ireland.

The programme was designed to immerse the guests into the Irish Culture and ensure everyone enjoyed great fun activities and entertainment in Dublin City and the Countryside. The programme had lots of interesting excursions into the countryside including a visit to Kilkenny Castle & Waterford Crystal. Activities included a sea safari on Dublin Bay and a day at the K Club with an opportunity to enjoy fishing, golf, clay pigeon shooting and falconry followed by a Barbeque in Legends Restaurant on this majestic estate.

Highlights of the Programme included:

The Yamaha Best in Class, Challenge – a scavenger hunt aided by the use of smart phones through the streets and watering holes of Temple Bar.

An Evening at Harold’s Cross Greyhound Track where Yamaha Marine sponsored the feature race.

An exquisite Gala Dinner at Lutrellstown Castle with beautiful Irish entertainment.

BEM Ireland handled all elements of the incentive programme from site inspections, venue finding, programme design, budget management, programme execution and on site management.
On behalf of Alem International, I would like to thank you for your outstanding support for our Yamaha Marine Group Best in Class program. Your support and dedication was critical to the success of the program. Averil, I want you to know how much I appreciate your attention during the planning process. Eamon, your “energizer bunny work ethic” inspired us all. Carol Byrne was also an outstanding and valuable asset to our hospitality team. Two other very important people to mention would be David O’Hora and Frank Kavanagh. David’s smiling face and engaging personality meant so much to our guests. He was always early and always went above and beyond to make things perfect. Frank was so important in making our trip to Kilkenny a huge success. And a big thank you to all Dubliners, who welcomed our group with open arms and a friendly smile. We fell in love with Ireland and Dublin and look forward to our next adventure with the BEM team. Thank you again for everything.
