Venue Finding

We have extensive knowledge of the hotel and conference venue infrastructure in Ireland. We can evaluate the feasibility of using particular venues based on your flight access analysis and the length of time dedicated to your particular conference. We have working relationships with many of the hotel management teams and can negotiate the best prices for our clients. We personally work with the hotels to ensure every clients requirement is communicated and executed. It is the policy of our company to carry out the site inspections on a regular basis to ensure service and facility standards are maintained.

Venue Management

We are on hand to visit your venue of choice and hold meetings with management. It is our policy to work closely with the venue management and staff, keeping BEM Ireland in regular communication with the venue and supplying you with regular updates on facility requirements for the conference programme, food and beverage requirements, accommodation requirements and rooming lists. Prior to the event BEM Ireland will supply the venue with a schedule of operations for the conference programme and all other on-site events.

Pre-Conference Registration

BEM Ireland now facilitate online registration services with a dedicated Conference Web Site, Online Brochure and Registration Form including secure payment facilities and regular reporting on every aspect of your conference. A separate bank account can be set up for Registration Payment if necessary. We can handle all registrations returned online, by fax or by post – whatever suits your company best. Confirmation letters are sent out to all registered delegates. Every detail can be simply and easily handled online, down to the production of delegate badges.

Transportation and Meet & Greet Services

We work only with the best transportation providers in the country. Coaches are of the highest standard, and all of our drivers are professional and fully briefed in the code of ethics when dealing with conference delegates. For international conferences, we analyse, in advance, all of the arrivals and departures in detail. We can also arrange corporate and staff hospitality desks at Airports, Hotels and Conference Venues where appropriate.


We are experienced in the arrangement of Entertainment Packages for Conferences & Events. All entertainment is arranged with the profile of the group in mind. We are capable of arranging an array of themed events including but not limited to Traditional Irish Nights, Black & White Balls, Awards Ceremonies, Western Nights, Grand Prix Events, Dine Arounds, Murder Mystery, to Interactive Team Building Activities customised for your company and delegate profile.

Staging, Set Design & Exhibition Stands

BEM Ireland can arrange for the innovative design and manufacture of conference staging and sets, Themed Evening Sets, 3-D props and Exhibition Stands subject to client requirements and budget. We are also happy to work in association with you and your preferred company.

Technical Requirements

We can arrange the hire of Projection, Sound & Lighting Equipment and Audio / Visual Conferencing Equipment. We can also arrange Computer Networking and Internet Cafes, Web-Casting, Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment, Editing and Graphics Facilities, Video Production Equipment, Directors and Camera Crew. BEM Ireland is also happy to work in association with your preferred production company to ensure you’re ease of mind.

Registration Desk & Event Hostess

BEM Ireland can provide you with trained Conference Registration Staff who will welcome your delegates and provide them with badges and conference packs. Staff is provided with the full schedule of events and is in a position to help delegates with all queries concerning the event and conference facilities in the surrounding area.
