Founded in 1995 by Eamon Howley and Averil Burke, BEM Ireland have become a leading DMC in Ireland. We have worked with the offices of An Taoiseach, An Tánaiste, The President and a number of Ministerial departments and have a wealth of experience in highly-regulated industries, such as pharmaceutical and healthcare, drinks companies, financial services, banking and insurance.
